Settings

This page is about Time to SLA for Jira Server users.

Time to SLA offers default settings for optimum use and performance on a joint base. Within settings, you can modify and adjust some default values according to your needs and system.

Within the General Tab, you can:
  • Select which Time Format to use.
  • Narrow down the visibility of the Overview Tab and SLA Panel by using JQL filters.
  • Rename SLA Status Labels.
  • Set default values for SLA notifiers.

Within the SLA Calculation Scope Tab, you can create a whitelist and blacklist in order to narrow down the SLA calculation scope and avoid the tedious task of having to enter the same JQL filter values again and again when creating SLA contracts.
Within the Scheduled Tasks Tab, you can reschedule tasks according to your needs, preferences and system.
Within the Escalation Services Tab, you can schedule how often and which issues to regenerate SLA data for.
Within the Cache Tab, you can clear the cache.
Within the Advanced Configuration Tab, you can set values for JQL row limits, recurring notifier limits and regeneration concurrency.
