Migrating SLA configurations and data is an easy process and can be completed in several simple steps.


Before You Start

Time to SLA calculations depend on the integrity of the issue history. Therefore, please check whether the issue histories are intact and consistent with the Server/DC instances. 


Migration Steps

  1. Migrate Time to SLA calendars from your Server / DC instances to your Cloud instance.
  2. Migrate SLA configurations from your Server / DC instances to your Cloud instance.
  3. Navigate to SLA for existing issues menu and start regenerating SLA data for migrated issues.
  4. And that's it!


It's a good practice to regenerate SLA data in small parts (~1000 issues) for migration process as a start.
