SLA Report
You can create different SLA reports as Time to SLA gives you options to configure your reports. With TTS, you can:
- Select which SLAs and SLA statuses to include.
- Select the format of the data.
- Add additional fields and SLA values to view in the report.
- Save a configuration to re-use it later.
- Export to Excel.
