Within Time to SLA, you can:

  • Migrate your SLA configurations and data from Server/DC to Cloud.
    On this page, you will learn how to migrate SLA data o Cloud instances.

Moving to Time to SLA Cloud

We are happy to be a part of your Cloud journey and ready to assist you.

Migrating SLA configurations and data is an easy process and can be completed in several simple steps.


Before start

Please update Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Time to SLA to the latest versions.


Migration Steps

  1. Go to Settings > System > Migrate to Cloud.
  2. Click Assess your Apps and select Needed in Cloud for Time to SLA.

  4. And you're done!


JCMA will migrate all of the SLA configurations, calendars, notifiers, settings and SLA data as a part of the migration process.
