Time to SLA offers advanced customization of calendars, allowing you to:

  • Set as many business time frames as you need for a business day.
  • Define holidays and set them as recurring or non-recurring.
  • Share holidays across your other calendars.

On this page, you will learn how to:

  • Create a new calendar.
  • Update an existing calendar.

Go to Calendars

  1. Log into your Jira Cloud account.
  2. Click on Apps in the header menu to see the Time to SLA app.
  3. Go to SLA Calendars.

Create a new calendar

  1. Click New Calendar.
  2. Create a Calendar Name and select a Time Zone.
  3. Add your Business Days/Hours.
  4. Define the Length of Business Day.
  5. Add Holidays.
  6. Add Shared Holidays.
  7. Click Save in the top right-hand corner.

Update an existing calendar

  1. Select the calendar you want to update.
  2. The page will then load with the calendar's existing data.
  3. Update any necessary data.
  4. Click Save.
