SLA Report

You can create different SLA reports as Time to SLA gives you options to configure your reports. With TTS, you can:

  • Select which SLAs and SLA statuses to include.
  • Select the format of the data.
  • Add additional fields and SLA values to view in the report.
  • Save a configuration to re-use it later.
  • Export to Excel.
