Time to SLA uses business days/hours to calculate the remaining time on an SLA. In other words, the countdown timer pauses when it is out of business days/hours. 

You can add as many time frames as you need for a business day.

For example: You can set business hours for a Monday as 08:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 17:00 and then 18:00 to 23:00.



On this page, you will learn how to:

  • Add business days/hours.
  • Delete business days/hours.

To update a business day/hour, you must first delete it and then add the new one.

Add business days/hours

Go To Create a Calendar or Update an Existing Calendar (see Create a Calendar).

  1. Select Business Day.
  2. Select a Start Time for an interval on that day.
  3. Select an End Time for that interval on that day.



  4. Click Add. 
  5. The business day/hours will appear within the list.



  6. Repeat these steps to add more business days and more intervals within a business day.
  7. Click Add or Update.
    Business days and hours will NOT be added unless you add or update the calendar.

Delete business days/hours

Go To Create a Calendar or Update an Existing Calendar.

  1. 1. Click Delete.



  2. The business day/hours will disappear from the list.
  3. Repeat these steps to delete more business days/hours.
  4. Click Add or Update.
    Business days and hours will NOT be deleted unless you add or update the calendar.
