Easy Integrations Announcement & FAQ

Important Changes to Easy Integrations Pricing

As you know, Easy Integrations is a powerful app that allows you to connect your Jira instance with any platform (including ServiceNow, HP Service Management, and your own custom applications) using REST calls with a guaranteed request delivery and feature-rich control center. It also has an out-of-the-box Confluence integration that allows you to create Confluence pages automatically from your workflows and much more. The team behind the app has always been committed to removing roadblocks to further integrate your Jira instance and business processes.

In line with our mission to continue to provide the best product experience and incorporate highly-requested features from our user-base, we have decided to move Easy Integrations to a paid app on the Atlassian Marketplace, effective in the next major release (v3.0.2), available on 22 April 2022. This difficult decision will allow our development teams to continue supporting, maintaining, and improving this app that so many teams rely on.

We are focusing our efforts on developing even more out-of-the-box integrations with external software. More information about this change can be found in the FAQ below, but if you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
