You can update any field within an SLA if something is incorrect or if some of the statements change.


On this page, you will learn how to update an SLA.

Go to SLA configuration

  1. Log into your Jira account.
  2. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.
  3. Go to SLA Configuration.




Update an SLA

  1. Click  in the row of the SLA that you would like to update.
  2. Go to Configure.



  3. The SLA Definition pop-up screen will appear.


  4. Repeat the steps described within the Create Your SLA page to define an SLA.
    You should regenerate SLA data for the issues to see the effect on existing SLA data. Click here to find out how to regenerate SLA data.
