Server Cloud

The SLA Panel is added automatically by the plugin. It presents all of the SLA metrics in one handy place, as well as displaying different colors and icons according to the status of the SLA for that issue. You can configure the SLA Panel display options.

SLA Panel Parts

  1. The SLA status (find out about the different colors and icons below).
  2. Name of the SLA.
  3. Click to see the SLA configuration.
  4. Hover to see the SLA Goal and the Calendar Name.
  5. SLA Start and SLA End time.
  6. Elapsed, Remaining and Overdue durations.
  7. Elapsed percentage.
