Time to SLA offers advanced customization of calendars, allowing you to:

  • Set as many business time frames as you need for a business day.
  • Define holidays as either full days or custom hours (i.e. half days) and recurring or non-recurring.
  • Share holidays across your other calendars.

On this page, you will learn how to:

  • Create a new calendar.
  • Update an existing calendar.
  • Delete an existing calendar.

Go to Calendars

  1. Log into your Jira account.
  2. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.
  3. Go to Calendars.




Create a new calendar

  1. Click New Calendar.
  2. Create a Calendar Name and select a Time Zone.
  3. Add your Business Days/Hours.
  4. Define the Length of Business Day.
  5. Add Holidays.
  6. Add Shared Holidays.
  7. Click Add.




Update an existing calendar

  1. Select the calendar you want to update.
  2. The page will then load with the calendar's existing data.



  3. Update any necessary data.
  4. Click Update.



Delete an existing calendar

  1. Select the calendar that you want to delete.
  2. The page will then load with the calendar's existing data.



  3. Click Delete.


  4. Click Delete again in the pop-up message.
