By configuring the SLA Panel,

  • You can select which information to display in the SLA Panel.
  • You can change the duration format shown in the SLA Panel.
  • You can select which SLAs you want to be visible or hidden in the SLA Panel.

On this page, you will learn how to Configure the SLA Panel.

1. Log into your Jira account.

2. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.

3. Go to SLA Panel.

4. Tick the parts that you want to display in SLA Panel.

5. Tick units that you want to display in Duration Format.

6. Select SLA Context

 a. Select All SLA(s) if you are going to show all SLAs in Duration Format.

 b. Select Include SLA(s) if you only want to show some SLAs in the SLA Panel.

  • Click text box to see all SLAs.
  • Select SLAs that you are going to show.
  • Only selected SLAs are displayed in the SLA Panel.

c. Select Exclude SLA(s) if you do not want to show some SLAs in the SLA Panel.

  • Click text box to see all SLAs.
  • Select SLAs that you are not going to show.
  • Excluded SLAs are not displayed in the SLA Panel.

7. Click Save.

You can see Live Preview at the bottom as you tick/untick parts and duration format options.
