On this page, you will learn how to access the configuration menu.


From the SLA configuration page, you can:

  • Update an SLA
  • Set Pause Conditions for an SLA
  • Set Reset Conditions for an SLA
  • Set Notifiers for an SLA
  • Clone an SLA
  • Change Workflow on an SLA
  • Delete an SLA

Go to SLA configuration

  1. Log into your Jira account.
  2. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.
  3. Go to SLA Configuration.



  4. The SLA Configuration page will appear and defined SLAs will be listed.



  5. Click  to see the configuration menu.
