SLA Panel is a custom field added automatically by the plugin. It presents all the SLA metrics in one handy place, and displays different colors and icons according to the status of the SLA for that particular issue. You can configure the SLA Panel display options.


On this page, you will learn how to:

  • Edit a custom field.
  • Change Display Options of a custom field.
  • Translate a custom field.
  • Delete a custom field.

Go to SLA fields

  1. Log into your Jira account.
  2. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.
  3. Go to SLA fields.



Edit a Custom Field

  1. Go to SLA fields.
  2. Click  in the row of the custom field that you want to edit.
  3. Go to Edit.



  4. The Jira Edit Custom Field Details screen will appear.
  5. Update the Field Name and Description.
  6. Click Update.



  7. The custom field will now appear on the list with the updated name.

Translate a custom field

  1. Go to SLA Fields.
  2. Click  in the row of the custom field that you want to translate.
  3. Go to Translate.



  4. The Jira Translate custom field screen will appear.
  5. Select a Language to translate the custom field name and description into.
  6. Create a Field Name and Description in the selected language.
  7. Click Update.




Delete a custom field

  1. Go to SLA Fields.
  2. Click  in the row of the custom field that you want to delete.
  3. Go to Delete.



  4. The Jira Delete Custom Field screen will appear.
  5. Click Delete.
