Time to SLA creates SLAs on workflows. So you may need to change the workflow of an SLA if it has been defined on an incorrect workflow or an SLA has been cloned to use on another workflow, etc.


On this page, you will learn how to Change Workflow of an SLA.

Go to SLA configuration

  1. Log into your Jira account.
  2. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.
  3. Go to SLA Configuration.




Clone an SLA

  1. Click  in the row of the SLA that you want to change the workflow.
  2. Go to Change workflow.


  3. The Move SLA pop-up screen will appear.
  4. Select New workflow.
  5. Click OK.
