You can find SLA Report under Time to SLA Menu > SLA Report
To see this menu item, relevant permission should be given via Time to SLA Menu > Permissions page by JIRA Administrator.
Here are filtering options of SLA Report:
Filter | Your favorite filter (saved search) or JQL to filter results |

SLA(s) | Select the SLA(s) that you want to see in the report |
SLA Status | (Met, Exceed, Progress, Inactive) |
Time format | Time format for SLA values |
Additional field(s) | You can add additional JIRA fields to the report |
Additional custom field(s) | You can add additional custom fields to the report |
Additional SLA value(s) | You can add additional SLA values to the report(such as SLA value, average working duration of SLA) |
Start Date | Start Date should be in given date/time interval |
Target Date | Target Date should be in given date/time interval |
End Date | End Date should be in given date/time interval |
Prefer using Time to SLA Menu > SLA Report rather than Reports section of JIRA Projects to see above filtering/saving options.
Search configuration can also be saved for the later use.

As of version 9.0.0, issue specific SLA reports can be generated. Just navigate to Time to SLA menu in issue actions area and click SLA Report.
Select SLA status, Working duration format and additional fields you want to include in the report and click Proceed. The issue specific SLA report will be generated.
