This custom field holds how many times the issue has been resolved so far.
Resolved Counter calculates the total number of resolutions according to resolution field. The issue's resolution field should be changed from a EMPTY to a value to be counted as resolution.
To create a Reopening Counter custom field
- Navigate to JIRA Admin > Add-ons > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and switch to Counter tab.
- Click on button
- Fill the dialog
- Pick JEP - Resolved Counter in custom field drop down.
- Give a name to the custom field
- Click Add Custom Field button
This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
